All requests are subject to review. VELZAR may decline, defer, or request additional information for any inquiry based on operational suitability, legal requirements, access conditions, cargo details, documentation, partner availability, or other relevant factors.
4. Quotations and Pricing
Any quotation provided is based on the information available at the time it is prepared and is valid only for the period stated in the quotation, if any. Pricing may change based on updated information, route conditions, timing, handling needs, documentation requirements, access limitations, or other circumstances.
5. Booking and Confirmation
No booking, service, or movement coordination is confirmed unless VELZAR provides written confirmation or an approved written agreement. Website inquiries, verbal discussions, draft quotations, or preliminary messages do not constitute confirmed service acceptance.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. This may include cargo type, quantity, dimensions, weight, pickup and delivery points, schedule requirements, handling needs, site access notes, receiving party details, documentation requirements, and any restrictions or risks related to the movement. You are also responsible for ensuring that cargo is legal, safe, properly packed where applicable, and suitable for the requested movement.
7. Prohibited and Restricted Items
You agree not to request the transport or coordination of illegal, hazardous, prohibited, restricted, controlled, unsafe, or improperly documented items unless such movement is expressly accepted by VELZAR and is legally and operationally prepared. VELZAR may request additional information, documentation, or confirmation before assessing sensitive, restricted, regulated, or special handling requirements.
8. Third-Party Providers
VELZAR may work with third-party logistics providers, carriers, partners, vendors, or service providers to assess, support, or coordinate movement requirements. Roles, responsibilities, limitations, and applicable service conditions may be defined in the relevant quotation, confirmation, or written agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VELZAR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, delay-related losses, or loss arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client. Any applicable liability will be determined by the confirmed written agreement, quotation terms, applicable law, and the specific circumstances of the movement.
10. Insurance-Related Support
Insurance-related support, if applicable, will be stated in the quotation, confirmation, or written agreement. VELZAR does not guarantee insurance coverage unless such coverage is expressly confirmed in writing and supported by applicable documentation.
11. Force Majeure
VELZAR will not be responsible for delay, non-performance, or failure to coordinate where caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, government actions, access restrictions, traffic disruptions, infrastructure issues, system outages, or other unforeseen events.
